We offer two engagement models: defined-scope projects starting at $5,000, and ongoing advisory partnerships at $3,500/month. Project engagements include discovery, strategy, design, and development with clear milestones. Partnerships provide continuous consulting, development, and iteration.
For project engagements, we follow a milestone-based structure: 50% at kickoff, 25% at midpoint, and 25% upon delivery. For ongoing partnerships, monthly retainer payments are due at the start of each month.
Every engagement starts with a discovery phase where we map out challenges, opportunities, and constraints together. From there, we move through strategy, design, and implementation — with you involved at every decision point, not just at the review stage.
