Surenity, a business selling imported makeup & beauty products, approached us to build an eCommerce website on WordPress.
The business previously had to deal with high transaction cost of Shopee, which can get up to 8% per sale. Using WordPress, we lowered their transaction fees to a fixed RM1 per sale, significantly improving their margin. The website also packs several improvements and enhancements:
- agent system with tiered discounts
- Pre-order system
- Integration with logistics provider for streamlined shipment
To date, the business netted over seven-figure sales through the website. It was nominated on the MWA Site of The Month in November 2021.
